The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance in proforma under SectionXII Rs.1.616LAKHS

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last 5 years 2021-22 to 2025-2026 achieved in at least two financial years continuous period of 12 months a minimum financial turnover of of Rs.3.24 lakhs As documentary evidence the tenderer should furnish copies of Audited Balance Sheet with profit & loss account , with UDIN no duly certified by The Chartered Account
