Inspection Servicing and testing of 11 KV HT Panels including Overhauling Servicing of 03 Nos 630 Amp VCBs Make ALSTOM maintenance of complete HT panel including checking all operational mechanisms functions positions tripping actions calibration of protective IDMT relays Model CDG Make ALSTOM one set contains 2 OC EF relay and checking their proper operation by secondary current injection technique and submitting the test reports accordingly etc complete as required For 2nd Year

Inspection Servicing Testing of 11 KV 433 Volts 400 KVA Oil Transformers including checking tightening of HTLT cable termination operation of tap changer testing of transformer oil ic acidity test insulation resistance of transformer for 2nd year

Inspection Servicing and testing of 1000Amp 415 volts LT Air circuit breaker including carrying out the following test and preventive maintenance along with submission of test reports General Inspection Wiring checking ic control and indicaitons R test between poles to earth between male and female contacts Continuity of power contacts Continuity of auxilary contacts Resistance measurement of tripping coil Closing tripping and interlocking testing Tripping through relay operation Secondary injection test of Inbuilt thermal and magnatic release and calibration of the same for 2nd year

Maintence Inspection Servicing and Testing of 150KVA Capacitor Bank and taking rectification action preventive maintenance etc as required For 2nd year

Servicing of Ashok Leyland make 10KVA DG Set model no LP10 Engine sr no B3201231 Alternator sr no 03131292 with Radiator cleaning the replacement of Diesal filter oil filter mobile oil etc complete as required including Bcheck For 2nd year

Reparing Rewinding and overhaulling of following submersible motor pump Set Submersible Monoblock motor pump set with suitable gauge copper wire ic warnishing baking with F class insulation ic dismantling transporation reinstallation testing and commissioning ic replacement of impellers all defective parts burnt out parts etc complete as required Credit towards dismantled copper wire damaged parts which shall be replaced may be considered the property of contractor accordingly rate shall be quoted 7 5KW 10HP water supply monoblock motor pump set
