Invitation to Bid - Selection of Agency for Implementation, Operation and Maintenance of On-street Smart Parking Management System on Identified Streets in HSR Layout under PPP Mode (12 roads covering nearly 18.02 km of road length, approx. 627 car slots and 3355 two-wheeler slots) in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Service Providers can apply as Single Entities or Joint Ventures (JV), subject to a maximum of three members in the JV. The JV may comprise Indian and/or foreign entities, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the Government of India.

Service Providers submitting proposals as a JV shall submit a legally binding JV Agreement clearly defining the roles, responsibilities, and scope of work of each JV member. The JV shall designate a JV Lead, which must be an Indian registered company, who shall act as the technology lead, be responsible for submission of the bid, and serve as the single point of contact for all communications during the bid process and contract period. However, all the members of the Joint Venture shall be jointly and severally liable to the Client for the fulfillment of the provisions of the Contract.
