1 Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
2It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
3EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

5For assignments on a staff-time basis, the estimated number of key professional staff-months is given in the Data Sheet. The proposal shall, however, be based on the number of key professional staff-months estimated by the firm.
6It is desirable that the majority of the key professional staff proposed be permanent employees of the firm or have an extended and stable working relation with it
7Proposed key professional staff must at a minimum have the experience indicated in the Data Sheet
8Alternative key professional staff shall not be proposed, and only one curriculum vitae (CV) may be submitted for each position
9Generally, the replacement of Key Personnel will not be allowed. However, in exceptional cases, the replacement would be permitted to the extent of maximum 25% personnel at every level during the period of services with the permission of the Client
10Reports to be issued by the consultants as part of this assignment must be in the language(s) specified in the Data Sheet. It is desirable that the firms personnel have a working knowledge of the Clients official language
11The payment to the DPR Consultant shall be made based on the actual road length (in Km) for which Detailed Project Report (DPR) is prepared and submitted by the Consultant, duly accepted by the Department.
12The payment shall not be based on the approximate / tentative road length indicated in the estimate, administrative approval, or bid document. In case of variation in road length during detailed survey and DPR preparation, payment shall be restricted to the actual length covered in the submitted DPR.
13The decision of the Department regarding the admissible DPR length for payment purpose shall be final and binding on the Consultant.
14Shall have on their Payroll Highway & Structural Design Engineers and necessary staff for Preparation of DPRs
15Shall have valid & Licensed Highway Design Software, AutoCAD latest version, Required Printers & Plotters and other office Equipments necessary for Preparation of DPR
16Shall not have any Litigation History in any of their Previous Projects
17Shall have valid GST Registration and other Statutory Registrations
18A Consultant may participate in any number of Packages but is eligible to get a maximum of TWO (2) Packages for carrying out Consultancy services for the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for SHDP Phase-V Stage-II
19The Consultant shall preferably Own a Full Fledged NABL Accredation Laboratory with all the relevant equipments with necessary qualified staff to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Specifications/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes OR Shall have an MOU with a Recognized Full Fledged NABL Accredation Laboratory particularly for this project with all the relevant equipment with necessary qualified staff to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Specifications/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes
20The Consultant at his own responsibilities & risk, is encouraged to visit & examine the site of works & its surroundings & obtain all information that may be necessary for preparation of DPR. The cost of visiting the site shall be at consultants own expenses
21The consultant has to quote Amount Should be inclusive of prevailing GST. The Employer will perform duties in regard to the deduction of such taxes at source as per applicable law
