Uniform must be male digital print, with jacket, trouser, and cap as a single size set. Must meet DGQA-approved standards, NABL-tested, pass material test, and be ISO 9001-certified. Advance sample is mandatory prior to technical evaluation.

An advance sample must be provided before opening of technical bids. The sample enables buyer validation of DGQA/NABL-compliant product; failure to provide may lead to disqualification during TEC evaluation.

EMD is ₹46,375. Submit via bank remittance or as stipulated in bid documents; ensure EMD accompanies the bid package to avoid rejection at bid opening.

Quantity may vary by up to 25% at contract award and during the currency, with delivery periods calculated as described in the option clause. The minimum extended time is 30 days unless original period exceeds that.
