Annual Turnover Certificate along with Balance sheet, Profit and loss statement duly signed by Chartered accountant

The intending bidder should furnish the Class- IV and above certificate of registration issued by PWD

GST Registration certificate and recent vouchers

Income tax returns filed by the service provider from 2021-22 to 2025-26

Provident Fund Registration certificate and recent 06 months challans

The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity AxNx2.5-B where A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years updated to 2026-27 price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N- Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited.B-Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the 02 months.

To qualify for award of this contract,each tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of value not less than twice the estimated annual payment under this contract i.e. Rs.19.64 lakhs. Additional weightage 10 percent for each year will be given for turn over to bring it to 2026-27 price level.

The intending bidder should have Satisfactorily completed at Least 90 percent of the contract value as prime contractor at least one similar work such as removal of silt from canal bed of value not less than Rs.9.82 Lakhs during any one year of the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. An additional weightage of 10 percent each year will be added to the cost of the work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level.
