Contract Bidding Open For Procurement Services in HYDERABAD, TELANGANA

SPECIAL CONDITIONS : 1. The contractor shall use Ultratech cement using bucket concrete & groove cutting using diamond cutting machine as suggested by Engineer – in – Chief 2. The contractor will be held responsible if the catch pits damages for a period of 2 years of DLP. 1) The slump of RMC M30 Concrete used for this work shall not be more than 60mm 2) Using curing compound is mandatory. 3) The catch pit site should be protected by the proper barricading during the work and after completing the catch pit for atleast 7 days. If the surface is damaged/ catch pit is damaged on account of not providing proper barricading, necessary penalties will be imposed. 4) All the catch pits shall be raised with frame and covers. 5) RCC perforated covers shall be used for catch pits. In case of 4 lane roads DI covers shall be used. 6) The catch pit covers shall be procured from the GHMC stores. 7) The top of CC benching and cover shall be painted either with epoxy paint/ made using black oxide in the concrete to ensure same color as that of the road for BT roads to have uniform color. 8) Defects liability period will be observed very strictly for two years. 9) For poor quality (3 times for defect more than 10%), 10) The work is of utmost important in nature and should be completed within the agreement period positively. Under any circumstances it should not be prolonged beyond 15.05.2019 or else heavy penalty will be imposed and the contract will also be terminated if warranted. 11) The following time lines (cumulative) will be strictly followed : a) 1st Fortnight : 20 % of the work b) 2nd Fortnight : 45 % of the work c) 3rd Fortnight : 70 % of the work d) 4th Fortnight : 100 % of the work 12) The liquidated damages will be imposed as follows whichever is maximum: i) Rs. 50/- per catch pit per day for the delayed period. ii) Rs. 15,000/- per week for each work for the delayed period. 1) The registered with GHMC. The Department will not accept any bid submitted in the paper form. 3. Any further information can be obtained from the Executive Engineer, Kukatpally Circle No. 24, GHMC 4. Period of completion of work: 1 Month 5. The bidders can view/down load the tender documents from the e market place 6. The dates stipulated in the tender notice are firm and under any circumstances they will not be relaxed unless officially extend. 7. Tenders shall furnish declaration that they have not been blacklisted in any department in Andhra Pradesh. Any wrong declaration in this regard which comes to notice at a later date will disqualify them and the tenders so received will be rejected. 8.The income tax certificate shall be in the same name and style as the applicant of this tender. 9. In case of the agencies properator should scan the related documents 10.Payment of E.M.D. 1%, Rs. 18500( Ceil to Hundred ) of Estimate Contract Value. 11. Pan Card. 12. DD should be Scanned as A.S.D should be dated after the tender notification for the remaining less percentage if the contractor quotes more than 25 percent less over ECV at the time of bidding. 13. The scanned D.D's (E.M.D & A.S.D) should be dated after the Tender Notification. 14. Income Tax Returns Certificate for the assessment year 2016-17
