Portland Pozzolana
Portland Pozzolana Cement PPC cement, IS1489 (part2) for calcined clay based PPC and IS 1489 (Part 1) for fly ash based PPC), packed in 50 Kgs HDPE bags conforming to IS 11652/2000. (MAKE Ambuja / ACC / ULTRA TECH/ DALMIA/ RAMCO/ BIRLA)
Sand Shall
Sand shall be clean, sharp, angular hard and durable free from adherent coating and shall not contain clay, mica and other impurities. The maximum quantities of clay and fine silt in sand shall not be more than 5 percentage by mass as per IS 383 1970.
20MM Stone Aggregates
20mm Stone Aggregates Stone aggregate shall be crushed stone 20mm graded conforming to IS 383 1970 and shall be clean hard tough, durable and of uniform quality throughout. The aggregate shall be free from soft disintegrated materials, vegetable and other organic impurities.
40mm Stone Aggregates
40mm Stone Aggregates Stone aggregate shall be crushed stone 40mm graded conforming to IS 383 1970 and shall be clean hard tough, durable and of uniform quality throughout. The aggregate shall be free from soft disintegrated materials, vegetable and other organic impurities.
Bricks sub
Bricks sub class B old size best locally available (minimum compressive strength 75 kg/sqcm, water absorption not more than 20 percentage)
Pre painted galvalume
Pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with nut bolts / self tapping screws as specified. Make TATA/JINDAL/JSW Steel.
Factory made solid
Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC C channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. including all fittings complete

Granite (of any type) tiles 18mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete

Hard drawn GI wiremesh size 25 x25 x4mm thk fixed with ms framework etc
Framed work
Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete.
