Open Tender for Preparation and submission of DPRs including Detailed Survey, Designs, Building Work Structural designs, etc to Maharshi Valmiki ST School Hostel at Yaddoni Village in Yelaburga Taluka in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Rates quoted should include site investigation, survey, design, drawings, preparation of DPR s and submitting in 5 hard copies and soft copies for complete Job

The consultants should declare that all the particulars furnished in the tender are true, correct and complete to the best of their knowledge and belief. In the event of any information being found false or incorrect or ineligibility being detected their bids are liable for rejection in any stage of the tender process

For building works SBC testing and for road work CBR test is mandatory.

Consultants who have scored a minimum of 75 points are eligible for financial bid

The consultants should accept any variation in the cost, location & type of the work

Consultant should not quote more than 0.50% of the cost of the work rates quoted above will not be considered.

The cost for each work may vary after preparation of DPR s, cost mentioned the schedule-B is tentative. The Consultant should be bounded by the decision of the EE, PRED the decision of Executive Engineer is final

The tenderer shall scan & upload all the original documents required for this bid to the e-procurement portal. The Original Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of Bid for physical verification
