To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e 2021-2022 to 2025-2026 Achieved in at least two financial years an average financial turnover of Rs10,00,000.00lakhs Certified turnover certificate issued by the Chartered accountant with UDIN number attach certifed balance sheet and profit loss statement

Valid GSTN Certificate and PAN Card

Firm Registration Certificate/Authorized dealer Certificate

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a Prime Contractor at least one similar nature of work such as repair and maintenance of borewells power pumps and hand pumps costing not less than 5.00 Lakhs which is 50percent of the estimated tender amount in any Government Department

The contractor shall possess in his own name minimum 01 No. borewell pump lifting machine fitted with Jeep / Tractor, pumpset and pipe lifting equipment, chain pulley block, clamps, tools and tackles, along with skilled manpower such as pump mechanic and electrician for lifting, lowering, repair, testing and commissioning of borewell pumpsets. The bidder shall submit necessary ownership/lease/ proof / RC document and undertaking along with the tender

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 3,00,000/- in the form of Credit lines or Letters of Credit or Certificates from Nationalized Banks, Certificate as per the tender Document
