Open Tender for Providing Man power For Water Management of JBC Main Canal From Ch.40.00 to 54.00Km(Dy-9,Dy-10,Dy-11,Dy-12(0.00 to 12.00km)Dy-12A,Dy-12A1 & Dy-15 and Its Connectivity) in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The minimum technical score required to qualify for technical evaluation is70nmarks out of 100 marks as per APPENDIX-N

The tenderer who have submitted the lowest Service fee (lump sum in rupees) in Karnataka Public Procurement Portal shall be determined as the lowest Tenderer.

The Service Fee quoted by the Tenderer shall be inclusive of all relevant financial implications including inter-alia the nature of the Services to be delivered, location of the bidder, site(s) of the delivery of Services, terms of delivery, extant rules and regulations about taxes, duties, labor in India, overheads and incidental services for the whole services as described in Clause 1 of the ITT excluding GST

Submission of Nil Service Fee, Negative Fee/ margin over such minimum wage cost of man power shall be rejected as non-responsive

In the event that two or more Tenderers quote the same amount of Service Fee (the Tie Tenderer), the Tenderer having the highest Technical Score shall be identified and declared as the Successful Tenderer. In the event the Technical Score of the Tie Tenderers happens to be same, the Tenderer having the highest Average Annual Turnover (in last 3 financial years) shall be identified and declared as the Successful Tenderer

The number of workmen employed by the contract labour in the establishment should not exceed as per labour license Form VI issued by the Department of labour. (under KBJNL, Canal Zone No.1, Bheemarayangudi). If exceeds, his tender will be rejected at the time of Financial Bid evaluation/approval in hard copy.

The necessary certificates / documents in support of pre qualification criteria fulfilled as stipulated shall be scanned and attached to e-tender document. scanned signature of the bidder / authorized representatives of the bidder shall be attached while uploading the bid document. the original certificate / documents shall be produced prior to the opening of cover containing technical bid for verification. the original of all above documents shall be produced for verification otherwise the tender will be treated as non responsive bid and rejected.
