Bidders must submit GST, PAN, 2+ years govt/PSU supply proof, ISO 9001 certification (bidder or OEM), OEM authorization if distributor, Data Sheets for all offered items, and the ₹60,000 EMD. Ensure the 47-item BOQ matches provided specs and comply with the 25% quantity option clause.

Prepare GST certificate, PAN, 2-year govt/PSU supply experience certificates with yearly contracts, financial statements, EMD receipt, OEM authorization, Data Sheets for each item, and ISO 9001 certificate. Ensure Data Sheet aligns with delivered product specifications to avoid rejection.

Bidder or OEM must hold ISO 9001 certification. Data Sheets must reflect exact product specifications offered. Where applicable, OEM authorization is required for distributors. GST treatment follows actual rates or lower applicable rates; bid must document compliance.

Delivery starts from the last delivery order date; quantity may extend up to 25%. If exercised, extension days = (additional quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days; contractor may be allowed to extend to the original delivery period on request.

The EMD amount is ₹60,000. Submit via the prescribed bid submission method; ensure it is valid through the bid evaluation period as per bid terms to avoid disqualification.

The BOQ covers a broad spectrum: physiotherapy beds, electrical stimulation machines, sensory mats, speech therapy tools, Braille and tactile aids, NVDA-enabled computer setups, smart TVs, desks, shelves, and teaching aids. Exact quantities per item are to be drawn from the Data Sheet submitted with the bid.

Distributors must provide Manufacturer Authorization with full OEM details (name, designation, address, email, phone). Bids without proper OEM authorization will be rejected; ensure supplier is either the OEM or an authorized reseller with valid documentation.

GST will be reimbursed at actuals or the applicable lower rate, whichever is lesser, subject to the quoted GST percentage. Bidders should incorporate the GST impact accurately in the bid and provide supporting GST details in the bid package.
