Material and labour for point wiring complete for single point with 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked, FRLS Unsheathed cable 1100 volts with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC white non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all accessories like tee, straight joint, L Bend etc, concealed on walls, surface on ceiling / floors etc, and including provision of PVC heavy duty insulated FRLS copper conductor, 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly alongwith sunken box and 3mm thick laminated sheet cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing socket outlet 16 Amp, 230 Volts ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing SPN Distribution Box double door of protection grade IP 43 in fine powder coated, matt finish with best CRCA sheet fitted with shrouded neutral, insulated pin type copper bus bar, DIN rail, earth bar of 4 way, complete all as specified and directed.

Stop valves 15 mm , cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, fancy type chromium plated screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed

Tubes medium grade 15 mm bore galvanised, with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete.

M&L for earthing as per IS 3034 with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 by 600 by 6 mm thick buried direcly in ground ,earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) as earthing lead protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm bore for protection of GI earth wire and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering with alternate layers of charcoal or coke and salt including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed / screened funnel and making brick masonry finished chamber of internal size 300mm by 300mm by 300mm with concrete base, covered with PCC cover which shall be embedded in the block masonry including excavation works, refilling, connected to main switch or MCB BD for feeding the electric supply to domestic quarters complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I and testing of earth resistance as required. Earthing lead or GI Earth wire upto 7.5 metre length shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.
