• Financials & Eligibility: Net worth positive for the OEM; 3 years of supplying similar category products to Central/State Govt bodies; vendor or OEM/authorized reseller with proper contracts as evidence.
• Delivery & Payment: EMD via Demand Draft (DD) in favour of Director of Training, payable at Trivandrum; remote submission of DD copy with bid; post-award DD for Performance Security allowed; delivery timeline to be specified in the final bid; payment terms linked to delivery milestones.

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• GST: Bidder to determine applicable GST; reimbursement as per actuals or applicable rate, subject to quoted GST maximum.
• End-User Certificate: Provided only in buyer’s standard format if requested.
• Experience: 3 years of regular manufacture/supply of similar products to Govt/PSU; submit relevant contracts per year; primary product value criterion in bunch bids.
• OEM/Authorization: OEM authorization required for distributors; include complete OEM details.
• Import/After-sales: For imported items, OEM must have registered Indian office for after-sales service.
• Delivery & Training: OEM-certified resources to perform installation, commissioning, testing, and operator training.
• Payment & Security: EMD ₹6,000; DD accepted for EMD and post-award PDG/ PBG; hard copy delivery within 5 days of bid end/opening.
