1.2b Similar nature of Work 1 Minimum Single work of similar nature for Management ,housekeeping and Catering in Govt / Semi Govt, / PSU / Private firm during last 3 years ending March-2021 are eligible to participate. The Experience certificate should be issued by the authority not less than the EE Rank. In case of Private firm the certificate issued by head of the institution must be certified by Retired EE/SE/CE of State PWD or CPWD or CA..
1.2c Minimum financial Requirements 50 Lakh INR Minimum ATO ( Annual Turnover) of any one year during last Five audited financial years must not be less than 50 Lakh. Tenderer shall submit last five years audited financial statement (Profit Loss Statement) duly attested / certified by CA. Audit report of 2016 to March 2021,to be indexed at the rate of 8% for a year.
1.2d Company/Firm Documents The contracting firm/agency shall be a well established and reputed firm specialized in the trade and registered as a legal entity for a minimum period of 5 years and having experience and capacity in the execution of similar works Required memorandum and articles of association of the firm should be submitted.
