Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Option Clause: Purchaser may increase/decrease quantity up to 25% of bid/contracted quantity; extended delivery period follows the same percentage rule with a minimum of 30 days.
• Delivery period starts from the last date of the original delivery order; extension time calculated as (increased quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period.
• Bidders must comply with option-based quantity adjustments and associated delivery timelines as described.
