Contract Bidding Open For Procurement Services in HYDERABAD, TELANGANA

1. The participating bidders shall furnish the following (Eligibility Criteria): a) i) Contractor with valid registration certificate of Class-I to Class-III up to 20.00 lakhs works (Electrical), As per G.O Ms No.21 I & CAD Dept. Govt. Dt. 13-04-2017 & As per G.O Ms No.94 I & CAD Dept. Govt. Dt. 01-07-2003. ii) Electrical contractors Electrical Grade-A or Grade-B License. b) PAN. c) Proof of GST. d) The Tenderer who have quoted less than 25% or equal less of the ECV Should upload Undertaking letter. Format is enclosed. The Tenderer who have quoted more than 25% less of the ECV, has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC (DD with Correct ASD amount must be uploaded). e) 1.0 % EMD drawn in favour of the Commissioner, GHMC payable at Hyderabad in the form of Online Payment/ Challan Generation. f) Photos to be taken with GPS Map Camera app. Longitude, latitude points, date and time and list of the locations with quantity. (Format is enclosed). 2. The attested copies of the above documents have to be submitted online to the tender inviting authority before dead line for receipt of tenders 3. The documents that are uploaded online on e-market place will only be considered for bid evaluation. Any other condition regarding receipt of tenders in conventional method appearing in the tender documents may please be treated as not applicable. 4. The bidder shall authenticate the bid with his digital certificate for submitting the bid electronically on e-procurement platform and the bids not authenticated by digital certificate of the bidder will not be accepted on the e-procurement platform. (G.O.Ms.No.6, dated 28/02/2005 of IT & C Dept., Govt. of AP). 5. Tender Schedules are not transferable. 6. The tenderer will not be required to quote item wise rates but to quote clearly his willingness to supply of material including execution of work at percentage excess or less over estimated value indicated in Schedule-A. 7. Even though the tender meet the above qualification criteria, they are subject to be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirement; and / or record of proof performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract inordinate delays in completion, litigation history or financial failure etc. 8. The following rate of progress will be required to be maintained by the contractor as minimum. Percentage of work to be completed based on the contract lump-sum amount within a period of 30 days is as follows, 1st 10 days -------25%---------------- 2nd 10 days -----75%------------------ 3rd 10 days -------100%--------------- 9. The successful tenderer shall have to employ the following technical staff on full time basis to be available at site. From Rs. 50, 000 to 1, 00, 000 ------------------------ One I. T. I. Candidate. From Rs. One Lakh to 5 Lakhs ------------------------ One Diploma Holder. Between Rs. Five Lakhs to 15 Lakhs-------------- One Graduate Engineer Or Two Diploma Holders. Above Rs. 15 Lakhs ------------------------------- One Graduate Engineer & One Diploma Holders. 13. Special Terms & Conditions 1. The bidder should read the tender terms & conditions carefully before participating in the tender. 2. The bidder should submit the balance 1.5 % EMD along with Rs.100 non Judicial bond paper within 7 days from date of intimation. 3. The bidder quoted more than 25 percentage less over ECV has submit the ASD at the time of Agreement. 14. Payment Terms & Conditions. Payment will be made as per the terms & conditions of GHMC 1. Agency should submit the Social Audit Certificates duly signed by concerned temple committee member, masjid member, local public along with corporator by the concerned contractor while submitted to the bill. Performa is herewith enclosed. 2. The Successful L1 bidder should submit the location wise quantity list. No bills will be entertained without location wise quantity list and get sign the concerned A.E (Elect) & Dy.EE (Elect) along with Contractor Performa is herewith enclosed. 3. The Successful L1 bidder should submit the location wise Photos. No bills will be entertained without location wise Photos and get sign the concerned A.E (Elect) & Dy.EE (Elect) along with Contractor. 15. GHMC or Vupadhi Techno Services Pvt. shall not be responsible in any way for any failure of the bidders in submission of the bids using the e-procurement online system. 16. The Executive Engineer, (Electrical) reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons therefore. 17. Arbitration Act: In case of any dispute or difference between the parties to the contract, either during the progress or after completion of the work or breach of the contract, difference or dispute as to the interpretation of the contract may referred to the following as per G.O.Ms.No.430 Irrigation (IBRV) Department dated 24-10-1983. 18.
