Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
IRDA Registered Insurance companies are allowed to participate in this tender.
The insurance brokers are not qualified to participate in the tender process.
Any IRDA Registered private Insurance providers participating in this tender shall submit additional EMD of Rs.7,23,000/- In the form of DD in the name of Managing Director, KMF, Bangalore before opening of technical bids.

Additional members if any to be added subsequently during the policy period (not exceeding 06 members including employee and only direct dependents), it is the responsibility of the Insurance Company (successful insurance company) to issue the insurance policy at an additional premium amount, to be paid by concerned employee.
The bidder shall quote for all the four services (Inclusive of all taxes, duties, etc) and the evaluation will be done for the total quoted premium amount considering all the four services. Partial quotes will be rejected
The tenderer should furnish the financial status of the organization for the last three years (premium, claims settlement, profitability etc) and also the IRDA Registration number to be quoted along with the tender.
The Policy also applicable to the retired employees who are willing to pay premium or payment through KMF Benevolent found at finalized tender rates.
