The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be Usually not less than estimated cost of the quanitity during the last 3 preceeding financial years However It will be 50percent of the estimated cost of the quantitiy with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises during the last 2 preceeding financial years.
The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements not less than 80percent of the requirement in any one of the last 3 years. However, it will be 40percent with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises of the quantity required in any one of the last 2 years. If required quantity is one in schedule of requirements, then minimum requirement from bidder is one number in each items.
The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 30percent of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years and tenderer should furnish the authorization letter obtained from the manufacturer in the prescribed format. If required quantity is one in schedule of requirements then minimum requirement from bidder is one number in each items
Valid Micro and small Enterprises Certificate Should be attached if applicable.

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
All Terms and Conditions As per Tender Document
Where the Supplier is required under the Contract to transport the Goods to a specified place of destination to concerned within India defined as Project site, transport to such place of destination in India including insurance, as shall be specified in the Contract, shall be arranged by the Supplier, and the related cost shall be included in the Contract Price.
Suppliers shall be entirely responsible for all taxes, duties, license fees, road permits, etc., incurred until delivery of the contracted Goods to the Purchaser
The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance certificates issued by Govt officer not below the rank of Taluk/District level
Original copies of all the above documents (updated in the kppp portal) shall be produced by the Bidder on demand. The Executive Engineer, RDWS&SD, Chikkballapur has the authority to accept and reject tenders
Entering the tender price should be inclusive of taxes payable to the State Government/Central Government and packing/handling/transporting charges and other expenses in the price list
If more than one bidder has quoted equal rate in financial bid, method/ power of selection rests with the Executive Engineer, RDWS&SD, Chikkballapur
The selected Bidder shall supply the furniture within the period mentioned above and shall not sub-contract for any reason
In case the bidder is inadequate to supply the items within the stipulated period or violates the conditions, Performance security Bank Guarantee amount will be forfeited and the supply order will be canceled and the firm will be recommended to be blacklisted
The power to cancel and accept the tender rests with the Executive Engineer, RDWS&SD Chikkballapur
