Legal Entity:- The Bidder should be a sole proprietor, partnership firm, Company registered under Indian Companies Act 1956/2013
The bidder shall be GST registered.
Turnover :- The bidder in its name must have achieved a minimum average annual turnover of INR 2 crore for the last three years ending on 31 March 2021.
Experience:- The bidder should have experience in implementing a Control and Command Centre solution or of developing a similar solution for surveillance, preferably using drones during the last 3 financial years prior to submission of bid.
Bidders should not have been backlisted by any government agencies or its entities.
