Bidders must submit MDR 2017 compliance certificates, batch test reports, GST, PAN, turnover evidence, and EMD ₹80,000 via DD or online. Ensure a functional service centre in the state or a plan to establish within 30 days of award. Include OEM authorizations if applicable.

Submit GST certificate, PAN card, audited turnover statements for the last three years, EMD proof (DD or online), MDR batch test reports, technical bid, and OEM authorization. Provide service centre proof or establishment plan within 30 days of award.

Devices must be MDR 2017 compliant with batch-level test reports. Submit documentation proving compliance at bid submission and with supplies. Ensure availability of necessary licenses and test reports per buyer requirement during bid and delivery.

EMD is ₹80,000. Acceptable payment methods include Demand Draft in favor of Director, CNBC or online remittance. Submit scanned proof of the DD or online payment with the bid and deliver the hard copy within 5 days of bid end/opening.

Provide certified audited balance sheets or CA/CMA certificate detailing average annual turnover for the last three financial years. If the bidder is less than 3 years old, use turnover from completed years post-incorporation for eligibility.

Bidder must have a functional service centre in the consignee state; if not present, establish within 30 days of award. Payment release is contingent on documentary evidence of functional service centre and ongoing support capacity.

The purchaser may increase or decrease quantity by up to 25% of bid quantity at contract award and during the currency of the contract. Delivery timelines adjust proportionally, with a minimum extension of 30 days when applicable.
