Contract Bidding Open For Procurement Services in TELANGANA

1.Who are technically suitable as per tender specification enclosed can only be considered.

2.Bidder must be manufacturer/authorized dealer for the above items.

3.Bidder should confirm having in house testing facilities of the manufacturer for the items as per relevant IS.

4.Bidder shall furnish balance sheets, profit and loss accounts for the last three financial years.

5.The bidder should fulfill the following for qualifying in pre-qualification bid for supply of subject material. (a) The bidder should have experience of not less than five years. (b) The bidder shall furnish the documentary evidence (such as Performance certificates/PO copies placed by thermal stations/PSUs) in support of qualifying requirements stipulated above failing which offers are liable for rejection.

1.Not withstanding any thing stated above, TGGENCO reserves the Right to assess the bidder's capability to perform the supply, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in overall interest of TGGENCO.

2.Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will be rejected.
