01.07.2003 are not applicable. ii)The bidder should upload only attested experience certificates duly certified by the officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer and counter signed by the concerned Superintending Engineer or equivalent in respect of execution of similar type of works i.e.,Fabrication and erection of structural steel for steel structures, hydro mechanical gates or trash racks including RCC works etc, (either original or rectification works). The Experience certificates should clearly indicate financial year wise break up for value of work done. Experience certificates without these details will not be accepted and the tender will be considered as incomplete. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date in the e-procurement portal, the bid will not only be rejected but also the bidder will be BLACKLISTED for a period of three years duly forfeiting the EMD paid by the bidder. iii)Financial Condition: The bidder should have Liquid Assets/ Credit facilities/ Solvency Certificate issued by any Nationalized bank/ Reputed Scheduled Bank acceptable to TGGENCO for a value not less than Rs.45.00 Lakhs (Rs. Forty Five Lakh). The solvency certificate shall not be older than 12 months from the date of availability of tender specification on e-procurement platform. Note : 1) The criteria in bid stage forms under previously executed works such as Weightage percentage and bid capacity coefficient specified herein are not applicable to this tender. 2) Experience in similar nature of works and liquid assets/ credit facilities / solvency shall be as per uploaded tender specification only.
