Annual Turnover Certificate

Certificate from Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement Credit Lines/Letter of Credit in favour of Deputy Conservator of Forests, Cauvery Wildlife Division, Kollegal.

Company Registration Certificate

Contractors should be registered as Forest Contractor in any of the Forest Division Office for the financial year 2026-27.

Financial turnover Certificate from Charted accountant for last Five years from 2021-22 to 2025-26

Notrified affidavit saying that the bidder is not black listed by any of the Government offices.

Past Experience certificate as prime Agency

Registration Certificate in Labour department, EPF, ESI, IT, VAT, GST, ISO issued by the Competent authority.

The outsource Agency should upload the Notrified affidavit in respect of payment made as wage component ESI, PF and other taxes on or before 5th of every month, All extract in support of all the payment details should be uploaded. Any discrepancy in payment of wages PF, ESI and other taxes or Non uploading of document by the outsource agency shall be treated seriously and such agency shall stands rejected.
