The tenderer should have his own registered MS Pipes manufacturing Unit in this state for similar type of MS Pipes.

The tenderer should note that the junction works of the above works has to be completed within the 24hrs shutdown period for which the tenderers should submit a declaration on their letter head and also must have similar work experience on 1200mm dia & above MS/PSC pipeline

The tenderer should have specific MOU/Authorization with the Manufacturers/ authorized dealers for DI Valves as per BOQ specifications/site requirement

GST Registration certificate along with latest returns/clearance

Construction/Critical Equipment Details (owned or leased) on non judicial stamp paper worth of Rs:100/-

List of Technical Key Personnel, Bio-Datas & Qualification Certificates

History of Criminal Cases on their letter head

Affidavit as per Tender document on non judicial stamp paper worth of Rs:100/-

Power of Attorney (if applicable) on non judicial stamp paper worth of Rs:100/-
