Periodical repair maintenance and operation of Power supply equipment DG Sets and Sub Station Equipments UPS installed at New Power House Phase I and Phase II and other LT HT network at the Airport NAV AIDS site etc involving repair maintenance and operation attending to complaints fault break downs and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability satisfactory working condition of the system Preventive maintenance of System and maintenance of records documentation etc as per detailed specification terms and condition covered under this contract on all days including Sundays and Holidays

Repair of earth pits including supply of funnel CI MS cover plate reducer and masonary work as required and marking with paint on earth pits as directed by AAI complete in all respect and submitting test report to AAI

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil at site including testing the BDV Dielectric strength prior and after testing at site including topping up if required and submission of test report Transformer oil for toping up will be supplied by department

Service charges for locating pin pointing of fault in LT 1.1 kV grade underground power cables including carrying out the high potential test after each fault finding etc as and when required Route tracer if required to trace the route of the cable will be in scope of this item and nothing shall be paid extra

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kV grade as required 35 sq. mm

Servicing Checking and Testing of the following Make and Capacity LT circuit breakers of Make LT Siemens C and S GE and ABB through OEM authorised service agency of OEM as per recommended standards and submission of test report to AAI complete as required Job includes checking of internal wiring of ACB and Panel and taking corrective action for proper operation of breaker panel including minor repairing works and supply of the consumables Upto 1600 Amps

Servicing Checking and Testing of the following Make and Capacity 11 KV HT circuit breakers of Make Biecco Lawrie Crompton Greaves Kirloskar through OEM authorised service agency of OEM as per recommended standards and submission of test report to AAI complete as required Job includes checking of internal wiring of VCB and Panel and taking corrective action for proper operation of breaker panel including minor repairing works and supply of the consumables Upto 800 Amps Biecco Lawrie make

Supply of the following spares original as and when required for the below listed LT circuit breakers of Make LT Siemens C and S GE and ABB confirming to recommended standards of the respective OEMS Jaw Contacts 1 set contains a pair Upto 1600 Amp
