To qualify for award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 3.2a achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.310.42 Lakhs,in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only Balance sheet Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant-Authority with UDIN number

To qualify for Award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 3.2bsatisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work such as Similar nature of Retaining wall/Bridge work of value not less than Rs.77.60 lakhs

The Tenderer should have executed in any one financial year in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 3.2c the following minimum quantities of work 1.Earthwork Excavation/Embankment/Subgrade and Earthen shoulder-2237.00.00 m3 2.PCC/RCC-550.00 m3 3.TMT Steel -38.00 Tonne 4.GSB/WMM-582.00 m3, 5.BM/SDBC/DBM/BC-109.00 m3 work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer.

Each tenderer should further demonstrate 3.3b liquid assets and/or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.46.56 Lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,

EMD for Rs. 100000.00 shall be paid through KPPP and the Balance of Rs.1.33 lakhs by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/ Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.

Statement indicating the A.Existing commitments and ongoing works, B.Details of works for which tenders are already submitted. The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 A,B of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document

The contractor has to quote the same Rate to the same items of work to be executed at the same floor level. If in case, contractor quotes different rates for the same item appearing at different places of BOQ then, the lowest quoted rate for the same items will be considered for that particular item for evaluation and payment
