The tenders will be evaluated as per G.O.MS No.294,Dt: 18-07-2020, MA&UD, Government of Telangana for the Works costing of Rs:5.00lakhs to Rs:50lakhs inwhich bid capacity of the agency is calculated as performula 3AN-B and the bid capacity should be greaterthan ECV for eligibility of the particular work.

Genuineness of Contractor Registration on Rs.100/-NSJ paper should be submitted by agency to thetender approving authority at the time of submissionof tender (Format enclosed).

The information given in statement-1 is to be accurateand should cover all the works on hand if any of theinformation given found false/fabricated and if missedany works on hand liable for panel action such asdisqualification or blacklisting or determination ofcontractor or any other action deemed fit.

The contractor / agency has to submit the AnnualTurnover Certificate in Civil Engineering works forconsecutive 10 years duly certified by the chartedaccountant on the letter head with UDIN No along withProfit & Loss sheet & Balance sheet& 26AS.

The contractor / agency is to submit the details ofexisting commitments i.e., works on hand in all otherdepartments in addition to the works in GHMC in thestatement-1 for evaluation of bid capacity and thosewho do not furnish the information will be summarilyrejected.

The L1 tenderer should pay the remaining 1.5% EMD &ASD amount quoted more than 25% less on ECV Valuein website http://emd/ghmc.gov.in/ and should submitthe receipt to this office before concluding theagreement.
