The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as prime contractor similar nature of work i.e., Construction parks /Development of Parks / Construction of Compound wall/ Providing chain link fencing / Providing pathways during last ten Financial Years i.e., from 2016-17 to 2025-26

The bidder should submit experience certificate obtained from Engineer In charge of the State/Central Govt. Dept., undertakings not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and countersigned by the officer of the rank of Superintending Engineer

Annal Turnover Certificate issued by CA

The bidder should produce liquid assets / credit facilities / Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled banks of value not less than Rs.42.96 Lakhs. The solvency certificate should be in standard format as per G.O. Ms. No 94, I & CAD, Dt: 01.07.2003

The bidder shall submit existing commitments as per Statement -IV(A),IV(B) in this regard
