Invitation to Bid - Testing and calibration of protection Relay,Primary Injection of CT,Primary Injection of PT,Checkin in SONBHADRA, UTTAR PRADESH

Primary injection of Switch Gear CT 1. checking of polarity test of new CT if replaced. 2. checking of CT ratio for protection and metering circuit. 3. Finally checking of Switchgear for tripping on fault by injecting O-C and E-F current through main CT.

Checking and Rectifying faults of control panel 1. Checking of all the ampere meters with ampere selector Switch. 2. Checking of all the voltmeter with voltmeter selector switch. 3. Checking of all the indication bulb light ON, Off and trip circuit faulty indications. 4. Checking of all the auxiliary relays like master trip relay etc. 5. Proper wiring, dressing & ferruling of all wires of control and meting circuit. 6. Checking of electrical operation OCM by manually operating live protection relay 7. Checking of all the wiring of CT protection circuit. 8. Checking of all the wiring for metering circuit.

Repairing of burnt and damaged 11KV S-S make oil filled PT with replacement of defective component like backelised paper bushing, porcelain insulators, HRC fuse, Male and Female contacts and rewinding of coils with same gauge a class super enamel copper wire including cleaning and varnish with good quality chemicals testing and calibration with all labour, TandP etc. All materials as noted above will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.
