Experience Certificates should show the value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during last 5 financial years not earlier than

31.03.2019 OR Latest Annual turnover certificate certified by CA along with balance sheet and profit & loss statement with supported by IT returns or experience certificates issued by EE & countersigned by SE. 4) Statement showing the value of existing commitment and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion of remaining for each of the works listed should be furnished in the prescribed format, 5) The certificates produced in respect of 2 above shall be considered only for the works executed in State / Central government departments or State / Central Government undertakings. These certificates should be issued by the Government Departments / Undertakings not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and countersigned by the Superintending Engineer or equivalent, failing which the tender shall be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected, 6) Payment of Earnest Money Deposit: Each bidder must pay, as earnest money at 1% of ECV through Net Banking / RTGS / NEFT / Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Guarantee only. In case of bank guarantee, unconditional and irrevocable Bank Guarantee in the standard format enclosed in the tender schedule with validity period of 6 months from the date of NIT of tender in favour of the Regional Officer, PR Mahabubnagar along with technical bids. The EMD must be paid in full with out any concession. The tenders received without the stipulated EMD or with any short fall in the amount or period of validity will summarily be rejected. The EMD of the successful bidder shall be discharged after entering into agreement and remitting the performance security of 1% of estimated contract value. 7) Latest certificate of liquid assets / latest certificate of credit facility for required amount (3* ECV/Number of months prescribed)(letter of credit lines / Solvency certificate from any Nationalized/scheduled Commercial Bank for the estimated cash flow for three months in peak construction period) 8) Copy of declaration for Critical equipment owned or lease on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- along with ownership certificate issued not below the rank of EE. In case of lease of Machinery, the bidder shall submit the latest lease agreement on Rs.100/- Non judicial Stamp Paper covering the work for which tenders are invited. The bidder shall upload the ownership certificate of lesser issued not below the rank of EE. 9) Statement showing availability of following key personnel Graduate Engineer - 2 Nos (Civil), Diploma Engineer - 1 No 10) Tenders quoted 5% excess over the estimated contract value shall summarily be rejected. 11) The cost of tender document is dispensed with 12) The bidders can download the tender documents free of cost 13) The validity of the tender is 90 days from the last date of submission of bid on online 14) the bidders should submit the following along with bid a) Copy of GST Registration certificate incorporating Tax Identification Number (TIN). b) Latest SARAL form submitted to IT Department with PAN Card. c) Self declaration stating that he is not blacklisted. d) Statements I, IV to VII 15) Even during the execution of the work, if it is found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates pertaining to experience, qualification criteria or any other aspect, he will be black listed and his contract will be terminated. 16) Tender inviting/receiving authority reserves the right to postpone/cancel/reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons what so ever. 17) No tender shall bear any cause of action or claim against any officer of the department. 18) Tenders up to 15% less than the estimate may be accepted, but for tenders which are less by more than 15% of the estimate, a Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft for the difference between the tendered amount and 85% of the estimate contract value should be taken so that the tenderer leaves the work midway and the department is forced to call for tenders for the work once again, the Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft shall be used to finance the re-tendered work. 19) Proof of acknowledgement of Processing fee of Rs.5,000/- to be paid through online to the ICICI Bank Nagarkurnool Branch Account No.377701003055, IFSC Code ICIC0003777 of the DPRE PIU Division Nagarkurnool.
