Achieved in at least Two financial years during the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.2661075.60 Financial turn over of previous years will be given a weightage of 10percentage per year to bring to them to the price level of the FY 2025-26.

Satisfactorily completed at least 90percent of contract value in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 as a prime contractor, at least one Similar work such as Any Labour or Man power supply work value not less than Rs. 13.31 Lakhs. The weightage of 10percent will be given per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2026-27

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.7.98 Lakhs Credit lines or letter of credit or certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Section 3, Qualification Information

EPF Clearance Certificate for having remitted the EPF shall be obtained from not below the rank of Assistant Provident Fund & submit hard copy at the time of Agreement.

ESI Clearance Certificate for having remitted the ESI shall be obtained from the competent authority & submit hard copy at the time of Agreement
