The Bidder shall have experience of executing GIS based Asset mapping, Survey, Data digitization and configuration services with cumulative value not less than 50 percentage of Estimated Cost from not more than TWO such projects in utilities during last Ten years
The Bidder shall not be blacklisted/defaulted by any Govt. Dept. State and Central Govt./PSUs/Utilities as on the last date of bids submission
The Bidder should have an experience in GIS based Asset Mapping and Consumer Indexing project in electric power distribution utility covering area of Interest of at least 100sqKms during last Ten years for at least ONE project
Valid ISO9001-2015 certifications
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
