To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in At least one financial years a minimum financial turnover of the value usually equal to the Amount to tender under this contract i.e Rs.13.55 lakhs

The intending bidder/firm/Company should have satisfactorily completed at least any construction work of value not less than 25 percent of the amount put to tender i.e Rs 3.39 lakhs during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26.

The contractor belonging to Scheduled caste shall be domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years

The contractor belonging to Scheduled caste should upload Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority
