Airports Authority Of India Dhubri Assam Electrical & Mechanical O&M Tender 2026 – 630 KVA Transformer, Relay Calibration & LED Luminaires

Operation and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations of operational and non operational areas including Terminal buildling, ATS Building, Fire station, Electrical Substation and other ancillary buildings for round the clock operation on all days including Sundays and Holidays by engaging following manpower along with providing required tool and consumables as specified in special conditions of contract for day to day maintenance except spares. The job includes preventive, routine maintenance, attending complaint or fault or breakdown by taking rectification action ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, maintaining all records and documentation etc. complete as per agreement conditions and as per the instruction of EIC. 1. Supervisor (Highly Skilled) - 01 no. 2. Document Assistant (Highly Skilled) - 01 no. 3. Wireman (Skilled) - 07 nos. 4. Semi-skilled- 06 nos. 5. Helper (Unskilled) - 03 nos. (The above manpower is excluding reliever)

Execution of item of Schedule of rates CPWD DSR 2022 as and when required for attending breakdown, repair and maintenance and upkeep of internal & external electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different locations of operational and non operational area i/c Terminal Building, ATS Building, Fire Station, Electrical substation and other ancillary buildings etc. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only including price escalation for 01 year for the job corresponding to an amount of Rs. 1,00,000.00 (including GST from DSR 2022 items) and percentage (%) above/below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly.

Filtration of Transformer oil of 630 kVA transformer to attain acceptable di-electric strength by hot streamline process including arrangement of plant/machine, transportation etc. complete as required by topping of Transformer oil and BDV testing including submission of test reports before & after dehydration of oil. (excluding cost of Transformer oil) (Item is to be executed if the BDV value of transformer oil is found below the stipulated value).

Servicing & Checking of HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) of Siemens make by deploying Authorised Service Personnel of Manufacturer/OEMs Service Dealers as per OEMs standards complete as required and submission of service reports.

Calibration and testing of following relays at LT & Synchronizing Panel by deploying Authorised Service Personnel of Manufacturer/OEMs Service Dealers as per OEMs standards complete as required and submission of service reports. i) VAJH13 - 2 Nos. (Tripping Relay of Alstom Make) ii) VAX31 - 2 Nos. (Trip Circuit Supervision Relay of Alstom Make) iii) CCUM21PF112A - 2 Nos. (Definite Time Reverse Power Relay of Areva Make) iv) CAG14AF15A - 2 Nos. (Instantaneous Earth fault Relayof Alstom Make)

Lettering of maximum 2inc size (Alphabetic / numerical) on the finished painted surface of feeder pillar / panel / earth pits with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. complete as required.

Supply and replacement of silica gel in breather of existing 630 KVA transformer etc. complete as required

Servicing and complete overhauling of 10 HP borewell submersible motor pump set including replacement of defective bearing, coupling, impellar, mechanical & oil seal, heat varnishing of motor etc. complete as required

Supply and replacement of defective smoke detectors of suitable make & model compatible to the existing system.

Supply of 1000W , 240V Lamp suitable for Aerodrome Beacon of model AB-1000F Make- Manairco Inc as and when required.

Calibration of Clinometer from Govt. Test laboratory/ OEM, submission of test report etc., complete as required i/c taking the equipment from AAIs site to laboratory and bringing back the same from laboratory to AAIs site.

Supply of 2C x 4 sq mm. Secondary lead with Plug at one end of standard length of 5 m as and when required

Supply of following rating 5 kV grade, 50 Hz AC Isolating Transformer, series type, encapsuled in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary leads, confirming to latest specifications as required suitable for airfield lighting applications etc. as and when required. 200 Watt, 6.6/6.6 Amp.

Supply of 5 W Screw Cap LED lamp suitable for Landing T , efficacy not less than 100 lm/W as and when required.

Supply and replacement of LED flood light for mounting on Wind Direction Indicator, equivalent to Philips make Model BVP132LED16/CW 20W 100-240V WB IN as and when required.

Supply and replacement of 180 AH 12 V Lead-Acid battery, conforming to IS 14257 1995 with up to date amendments, suitable for high cranking performance of 400 kVA DG set as and when required.
