Contract Bidding Open For Appointment of Architectural and Engineering Firms (AE Firms) for Up gradation of Existing Sub Registrar offices for the Department of Stamps & Registrar Under Revenue Department at Koppa Village, Jigani Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru, Hesaraghatta Village, Hesaraghatta Hobli, Yelahanka Taluk, Bengaluru and Bychaguppe Village, Tavarekere Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Notarized copy of the Valid certificate of registration of Council of Architecture of the Chief Architect to be deployed for the project

The firms either independently or in consortium with other Architectural & Engineering firms should have satisfactorily rendered consultancy services anywhere in India towards eligibility as mentioned above in Column No.5 (in tender notification) and submit the work done certificate along with a copy of the registration in the Council of Architecture-New Delhi. The application without requisite notarized eligibility certificates will not be accepted. The work done certificate is subject to verification. Work done certificate which do not include Cost of the project or extent of land and Date of completion of the project are liable for rejection.

Consultants who have rendered services for the completed projects towards eligibility as mentioned above in Column No.5(in tender notification) in consortium with other Architectural & Engineering firms should submit the notarized copy of the consortium Agreement.

Only qualified firms in technical presentation will be considered for financial bid opening.

The participating AE firms should produce the original copy of the work done certificate and the registration in the Council of Architecture-New Delhi at the time of technical presentation.

KHB reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this invitation to BID/Tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The Conditional Applications are liable to be rejected.
