iv) Tenderer shall be required to furnish a self-declaration stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine - Mandatory Tenderer shall submit the safety assurance certificate of labor working in his site. - Mandatory

The Bidder Must submit a certificate stating that he should have a service workshop and spares store of the same manufacturer (approved brands of government) from which lights will be supplied in Mancherial district. For attending the maintenance works on time and to provide timely service casing no interruption in the maintenance of lights in Warranty - Mandatory
