Income tax returns of last 5 years. i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26

To qualify for this contract, the e-tenderer shall have, during 2021-22 to 2025-26, completed as prime contractor at least one Lift Irrigation Scheme or Tank Filling Scheme of value not less than Rs. 18.30 Crores with minimum 90 percent progress in ongoing works, supported by a Work Done Certificate duly signed by the Executive Engineer and countersigned by the Superintending Engineer.

The bidder shall have achieved an annual turnover from all classes of civil engineering works of not less than Rs. 48.65 Crores in any two financial years during the last five years from 2021-22 to 2025-26, supported by audited profit and loss accounts certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copies of income tax returns, and the turnover certificate shall bear UDIN, and the turnover of previous years shall be updated at ten percent per annum to the year of tender invitation

Liquid asset and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 10.95 Crores from nationalized or scheduled or commercial banks shall be available to meet the fund requirement for the work and the contractor shall upload necessary documents issued by the concerned banks as per the prescribed format enclosed as Annexure XIV and the agency shall ensure that the said credit facilities remain valid for the entire period of execution of the work as per tender conditions

Executed in any one year during the last five years, the following minimum quantities of the work executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work I. Earth work Excavation 32600.00 Cum II. Reinforced cement concrete M15 Grade and above 3600.00 Cum III. Reinforcement Steel 300.00 MT.

The intending bidder shall ensure availability of key and critical equipment by owning minimum 50 percent and deploying the rest on lease or hire basis and shall upload scanned ownership certificates and lease agreements for Tippers 5.0 m3 4Total 2own 2Hire Excavators 1.5 m3 4Total 2own 2Hire Mobile crane 10t 2Total 1own 1Hire Water tanker 4000 ltrs 2Total 1own 1Hire Self-loader Concrete mixers 14/10 2Total 1own 1Hire.

Tenderers meeting the minimum qualifying criteria will be considered only if their available tender capacity exceeds the total tender value. Available capacity is calculated as AxNx1.5 minus B, where A is the maximum value of civil works executed in any one year during 2021-22 to 2025-26 updated to 2026-27 price level, N is the number of years for completion of works, and B is the value at 2026-27 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed in the next 18 months.

The intending Bidder Individual/Tie-up partner should have supplied and successfully commissioned at least 2 numbers of VT pumps with a capacity flow rate not less than 0.1 cumecs for each pump with a head not less than 90 m for each pump during the last 5 years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26 The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of EE and countersigned by the SE of the same circle should be uploaded

The intending bidder Individual should have supplied, erected, tested, completed and commissioned MS pipes not less than 406.40 mm Outer diameter for a length of at least 8.30 kms in any one year during last 5 years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The work done certificate should be obtained from a competent authority not below the rank of EE of the concerned division and countersigned by the SE of the concerned circle

The intending bidder Individual should have supplied, erected, tested, completed and commissioned HDPE pipes not less than 200 mm Outer diameter for a length of at least 21.00 kms in any one year during last 5 years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26 The work done certificate should be obtained from a competent authority not below the rank of EE of the concerned division and countersigned by the SE of the concerned circle
