Annual Turnover Certificate issued by Approved Chartered Accountant with UDIN NO, Profit & loss statement of last five years as per KW-3 i.e. 2021-22 , 2022-23, 2023-2024, 2024-25 & 2025-26 Rs.55.13 Lakhs Updated to 2026-27 price level.

Work Done Certifcate-Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, for at least any construction work to an extent of 25 of the cost of the work i.e, value not less than Rs 13.78 Lakhs in the last fve years i.e. 2021-22 , 2022-23, 2023-2024, 2024-25 & 2025-26 Updated to 2026-27 price level percent

Tenderers will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. i.e. A x N x 5.0 - B as per KW-3 Document.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.16.54 Lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

The contractor belonging to Category-IIA should upload Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

The contractor belonging to Category-IIA shall be domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years-Should upload Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
