The bidder should have an experience of 2,00,000 Tons of waste segregation/composting/legacy waste segregation in any two years during last 10 years with suitable evidences in the Telangana State Only

The bidder should have an experience Minimum 50 TPD SWM Plant Establishment during last 10 Years ( Joint Venture or Consortium is allowed)

The bidder should have technical experience certificate for MSW / allied programmes from the respective authority (or) to uploaded certificate showing that bidder is a Manufacturer for Solid Waste Management activities.

All copy of certificates in support of the above should be attested by the bidder.

The Bidder, the firm, to be a company registered under the act of 1956/2013 or proprietary concern and have a Minimum average Annual Turn Over of Rs.10.00 Crore for 3 (three) years at the end of preceding financial year, i.e., 2025-26. Joint Venture or Consortium allowed

The firm, to have declared net profit at the end of preceding financial year, i.e., 2025-26

The Bidder to have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs.5.00 Cr from Municipal Solid waste processing and management facilities in any one of the last 3 (three) financial years i..e, 2023-24, 2024-25,2025-26 preceding the bid due date to be certified by the Charted Accountant. Joint Venture or Consortium is not allowed

Bidder shall have Positive Net Worth in any one of the last 3 (three) financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. (AS PER BID DOCUMENT Eligibility Criteria 1.4_

The tenderers should have satisfactorily implementing and operating & Maintaining (O& M) / MSW processing for ULB/ Semi-Government/ Govt/ Public sector organizations in India or abroad during last Ten (10) years of 50 TPD capacity ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited as a prime contractor. (Joint Venture or Consortium is allowed)

2. The plant shall be operational during the last 5 years and the processed quantity shall be minimum 2,00,000 MT in Telangana State only and the necessary documentary proof along with tie-ups for disposal of treated outputs needs to be submitted along with the bid submission. (Joint Venture or Consortium is not allowed)
