Registered Civil contractors having valid Registration in appropriate class are eligible as per G.O. MS. No. 94, Dt. 01.07.2003 and its subsequent amendments.

Copy of valid TS GST Registration Certificate shall be uploaded. (If GST Provisional Certificate submitted, the bidder should submit the Original GST Registration Certificate at the time of Agreement) and Latest Quarterly GST Returns Copy.

Copy of PAN shall be submitted.

Copy of latest IT Returns along with Acknowledgement Receipt.

1% EMD on estimate cost and transaction fee should pay through online only, DDs are not accepted otherwise tender should be summarily rejected. EMD @ 1.00% shall be uploaded at the time of tender and balance EMD @ 1.50% shall be paid at the time of concluding Agreement.

EMD fee receipt should upload compulsory.

Assessed available Bid Capacity as per formula (3ANB) should be greater than or equal to the estimate contract value.

Bidder should submit Turnover Certificate as Certified by the Charted accountant along with Balance Sheet.

Statement V -Availability of Critical Equipment as per Bid Document.

Statement VI -Availability of Key technical persons as per bid document along with their consent letters

Details of the existing commitments i.e work on hand and works for which tenders are submitted in statement ? IV.

The bidder should produce liquid assets / credit facilities / Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled banks of value not less than the ECV. ((ECV x 3 months/Period of Contract)) The solvency certificate should be in standard format as per G.O.Ms.No.94, I & CAD dt:1-7-2003.(Note: Conditional format not accepted)

Annual turnover certificate for last five financial years certified by CA alongwith balance sheet or experience certificate of civil engineering works completed by contractor within block period issued by executing authority

Any Document as per NIT and Bid Document

The Municipal Commissioner, Sathupalli has rights to cancel/recall the tenders without prior notice to the contractors.
