Satisfactorily completed one similar nature of work of Collection parking fee for vehicles costing not less than Rs. 15.00 Lakhs in the last five years. The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed by the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer for having satisfactorily completed the work. The tender documents submitted without the requisite certificate issued by the Competent Authority will be summarily be rejected
Small Scale Industries Certificate
The Applicant shall furnish upload the signed copy of Bio data and net worth details, PAN Card, one copy of his latest passport size photograph along with proof of present address Bank Pass book, telephone bill, passport, voters ID card, etc and IT returns statement for the last five years.
To qualify for award of License, applicant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 achieved in atleast each of the two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs 50.00 Lakhs, Audited profit and loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with the copy of income tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished.
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
2.The Rate fixed for parking fees is for total tender period and not liable to be increased during such tender period and the parking fees collection slip should include the Work Order Number, Name of Contractor, Period of Contract & Approved Rates.
3.Approved bid amount & parking fee will be valid for a period of 360 days from the date of issue of work order.
4.Contractors should mark the vehicle parking place in paint and vehicle should be parked within that place.
5.Tender cannot be transferred in any other agency name
6.Parking Fees exempted for Central, State & BDA Staff vehicles.
7.Parking Place is to be reserved for physically handicapped persons (Both two & four wheelers).
8.Season tickets for one vehicle per shop shall be issued to the shop owners at 20% rebate of the agreed rate and the shop owners shall park the vehicle in vacant place. (not infront of their shops)
9.Contractor should instruct their workers to wear uniform compulsorily.
10.Successful contractor should execute the work as per the direction of the concerned officer. Applicant will be responsible for the safety and security of all the vehicles parked in parking area. He will also be liable to pay damages/compensation if any arises, to the commuters/users of the parking. In any case, BDA will not be responsible for any damage/theft of vehicles in parking. In case of any damage/Theft of vehicle, the matter, if not resolved amicably, then court orders shall have to be honoured and payment due shall be released. If licensee fails to comply the same, then BDA will be within its rights to compensate the customer at the cost of the Applicant.
11.The agreed rate to be collected per vehicle as specified in the Schedule-B is to be displayed at two or three places within the premises.
12.Bengaluru Development Authority reserves the right to accept / reject any or all tender without assigning any reasons.
13.Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
