Bids are Invited For Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

The Mandatory documents to be uploaded by the firms / contractors: a)Copy of PAN Card registered on the name of company/firm/Proprietor and linked to GST registration . b)GST Registration Number along with documentary evidence. For GSTIN holders, the GSTIN should be in the active status and in the name of the firm/contractor. (Those who are not required to be registered under the provisions of GST act should invariably submit a self declaration to the effect). c)Evidence of experience and satisfactory service certificates in reconditioning works (along with supply of spares) of same capacity of hydraulic cylinders d)Self Declaration in the given format has to be submitted on the firm letter head with sign of authorised person along with stamp. 1) Any other timely requirements when demanded may be submitted by the contractor. However, the CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage reserves right to accept / reject the application of the purchaser who falls short in any of the above aspects based on the accuracy / inaccuracy of the case; and the decision of CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage is final in this regard. Any or all the relevant documents shall be produced, whenever demanded. 2) The undersigned reserves the right to alter the above dates; and to reject any (or) all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. 3) If any of the above dates happens to be holiday the date may be read as the next working day 4) The rates shall be quoted excluding GST . 5) If the less rates quoted by the firm / contractor are found to be over 25% less than the estimate value, Additional Security Deposit shall be furnished as desired & communicated by TGGENCO, failing which action will be initiated against the respective 6) Regular PO to the successful bidder can be issued only after fulfilling of all the required conditions including payment & acceptance of Security Deposit, Additional Security Deposit etc., 7) If at any stage it is found that the bidder has submitted a false, misleading or incorrect self-declaration, the bid shall be rejected or the contract terminated at the risk and cost of the bidder, without prejudice. The decision of the TGGENCO is final and binding 8) If the successful bidder, after award of work, fails to execute the contract satisfactorily, abandons the work, shows persistent poor performance, or breaches contractual obligations, the TGGENCO shall have the right to forfeit the EMD and/or SD in part or in full. The TGGENCO shall also have the right to debar/blacklist such bidder from participating in the future tenders of entire TGGENCO/ KTPS VII stage for a period as decided by the undersigned. The decision of the undersigned in this regard is final and binding 9) An amount of 0.01% of total billed amount will be deducted towards Telanagana green fund as per G.O.No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025

1.Delivery Period should be with in 16 weeks from the date of receipt of PO. 2.Test Certificates(External leakage test, Internal leakage test & No Load movement pressure test) has to be submitted along with the repaired/reconditioned cylinders. 3.All pressure & flow to be presetted as per OEM requirement. 4.Oil seals & bearings should be procured of mentioned makes only & all other spares & consumables should be procured branded only. Also, firm has to submit the original for buyers invoices for all the procured spares & consumables along with repaired cylinders. 5.Dismantling of hydraulic cylinders should be carried out in presence of TGGENCO Engineer only. 6.Packing & Forwarding charges from KTPS VII Stage to Firm's workshop & firm's Workshop to Ktps VII Stage is under firm's scope. 7.Reconditioning cylinders should be guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning. 8.The quantity of estimated spares are tentative and billing shall be done as per the actuals. 9.Damaged spares of the Hydraulic cylinders should be handed over along with the Reconditioned cylinders. 10.The firm should have previous experience in reconditiong works(along with supply of spares required) of same capacity of hydraulic cylinders and has to submit experienced and satisfactory certificates at the time of tender. 11.The Cylinders (piston rod & piston tube) damage depth is found to be outside acceptable limits, the cylinders shall be returned in assembled condition with out carrying out any repair, and only inspection charges shall be payable.(Transportation charges as per sl.No.08)
