Qualification Criteria for Individual bidders The intending bidder can submit bids as an Individual bidder along with Tie up of pump manufacturer. The Tie up is to be formed prior to the bidding. Tenders from a Tie-up proposed in this bid, the bidder shall upload an agreement with only one pump manufacturer on Rs 500-00 stamp paper in the prescribed format which shall be concluded prior to bidding and enclosed to the bid document.

To qualify for award of this contract, the tenderer in his or her name should have achieved in the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 should have satisfactorily completed at least 90percentage of contract value as a prime contractor at least one lift irrigation scheme or tank filling scheme of value not less than Rs. 4.65 Crores. Work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of EE of the concerned division and countersigned by the SE of the concerned circle is to be uploaded

The intending Bidder Individual Tie up partner should have supplied and successfully commissioned at least 1 number of Submersible pumps with a capacity flow rate not lessthan 0.033cumecs for each pump with a head not less than 90 m for each pump during the last 5 years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of EE and countersigned by the SE of the same circle should be uploaded.

The intending bidder Individual should have supplied, erected, tested, completed and commissioned HDPE not less than 225 mm Outer diameter for a length of at least 4.9 kms in any one year during last 5 years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 The work done certificate should be obtained from a competent authority not below the rank of EE of the concerned division and countersigned by the SE of the concerned circle.

The intending bidder Individual should have executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work during the last 5 years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of EE and countersigned by the SE of the same circle should be uploaded 1.Earthwork Excavation-6,400 Cum 2.Reinforced Cement Concrete,M15 and above 300 Cum 3.Reinforcement steel 32 MT

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate a.Availability by owning at least 50 percent of the required or specified key and critical equipment for this work and b.the remaining 50percent can be deployed on lease or hire basis for all the works provided, the relevant documents commitment agreements etc for availability for this work are furnished. Liquid asset and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 3.06Crores unconditional credit lines/letters of credits certificates from nationalized scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The contractor should upload necessary documents issued by then nationalized scheduled commercial banks as per prescribed format enclosed as Annexure XIV.Further the agency has to furnish the above credit facilities for the entire work period as per tender

In case the lowest bidder fails to produce the original docmnts for entering into an agrement or the original documents submitted does not match with the uploaded documents or found false then his bid is treated as nonresponsive bid as per clause 26.4 of the KTPP rules his name would be recommended for cancellation of registration in Karnataka PWD and barred from participation in any of the tenders invited by the KNNL apart from forfeiting the EMD paid through Ecash.
