Type Test (PQR):- Tendered material(Meter & Meter Box) has to be type tested as per relevant IS/IEC standard whenever applicable from CPRI/NTH/ERDA/NPL within last three(3) years from last date of submission of bid. The type test certificate issued within last three(3) years from last date of submission of bid from CPRI/NTH/ERDA/NPL will be accepted.

NABL Lab.:- The bidder must have at least one NABL Accredited Laboratory. They shall have to upload a Notarized Copy of NABL accreditation Certificate.

CMMI :- The bidder shall submit a copy of valid Certificate of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) version 1.3 or above/ CMMI-III issued by recognized body like SEI etc.

Audited Annual Accounts:- Audited balance sheet of the last 5 (five) financial years up to FY 2019-20 needs to be submitted.

MAAT :- The vendor must have MAAT of at least Rs. 400 Crore (Rs. Four Hundred Crore) only from Meter & metering related business for the best three (3) financial years out of last five (5) financial years ending March 2020.

Auditor Certificate which mention MAAT for the best three (3) financial years out of last five (5) financial years up to FY 2019-20 should also be submitted.

Net Worth: - Net Worth of last three financial year shall be positive.

Audited Annual Accounts:- Audited Annual Accounts during the last Five (5) financial years up to FY 2019-20 for which the audited accounts are available to establish the capability of the bidder to successfully perform the tender and deliver the materials (in case of companies)or IT Return duly acknowledged by the Income tax department for the last Five (5) years (in case of bidders other than companies).

Following Notarized affidavit on appropriate value of Non-judicial Stamp Paper to the effect to be submitted by bidder failing which their tender shall not be accepted:-

(a) The material has been type tested as per relevant IS/IEC standard whenever applicable by CPRI/ NTH/ERDA/NPL and the test certificate enclosed with the tender are true and genuine must be uploaded with the tender documents.

(b) Bidder is presently not blacklisted by any State / Centre Utilities / PSUs / govt. entities on the date of submission of bid.

(c) Bidder is not debarred/ blacklisted from BSPHCL and its subsidiary companies (i.e. NBPDCL/SBPDCL/BSPTCL/BSPGCL) on the date of submission of bid.

(d) Notarized Affidavit for (1) all documents submitted in the bid are true and genuine and (2) all documents to be submitted during the execution of contract, if awarded, will be true and genuine.

(e) Bidder will pay the actual losses caused to utility equipments due to defects / mal-operation of their equipment (if any) as Indemnity for Losses clause.
