Delivery terms allow up to 25% quantity variation during contract; additional delivery time is calculated as (additional quantity ÷ original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days; extension permitted up to the original delivery period.

Equipment must be ISO 9001 certified; OEM or Authorized Seller must provide Indian after-sales support; ensure ISI or equivalent quality assurances are documented where applicable and provide complete warranty terms.

A Functional Service Centre must exist in the consignee state at bid submission or be established within 30 days of award; payment release contingent on documentary evidence of the service centre.

Scope includes Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of the Qualitative PCR Machine; ensure installation meets on-site requirements and includes training, with post-installation support from OEM.

Obtain OEM authorization certificate showing authorised Indian representative; verify the certificate aligns with the equipment model and includes contact details for after-sales support and spare parts availability.

Eligibility requires non-liquidation status, ISO 9001 certification, Indian after-sales presence for imported items, and demonstrable SITC capability; provide undertaking against bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
