Tender Notice for PROVIDING AND SUPPLYING OF MANPOWER THROUGH OUT-SOURCE FOR MAINTAINANCE OF RAYANAKERE,VIDYARANYAPURAM AND KESARE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT,MYSURU in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the tender and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

The cost of the Tender Processing fee shall not be refundable

The authority reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the respective Standard Tender documents (uploaded)

The EMD will be released only after the Work Order

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (2021-22 to 2025-26), Achieved in at least two financial years an annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) 100% of Estimate cost.

Technical evaluation will be done as per latest KTPP act.

The successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit at the time of Agreement, in the name of the Executive Engineer, Ws & UGD East Division, MCC, Mysore for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for the difference cost (below Estimate Cost) in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.

Any dispute regarding this tender appeal should be submitted through KPP Portal

Any changes/modifications if any will be notified/ updated through KPP Portal only.

As per PWD Code 251. Jurisdiction: Contractors registered under Class I and II may tender for works anywhere in the state. Contractors registered under Class III may tender for works within the districts of the Public Works Department circles where in they are registered. Contractors registered under Class IV may tender for works within the district or within the division whichever is applicable, where they are registered. These registrations are valid for all works undertaken by all the Government departments, Government undertakings in the respective jurisdictions. No separate registration is required in other Government departments and Government undertakings. This registration procedure is based on the single window concept.

Payment for the work is done under Mysore City Corporation grant. Bidder should accept the payment procedures as prescribed time to time by the Mysore City Corporation.

GST will be paid separately only for applicable items

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (2021-22 to 2025-26), satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work of value not less than 50% of Estimate cost.

Bidder should quote only service charge per month against the 5 percent of the Estimate cost
