The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be certified by Statutory Auditors of the Company or by the proprietor of the company through an affidavit.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualification criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value Rs 494.52 Lakhs. The available tender Capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender Capacity is AXNX1.5-B

Minimum quantites of Earthwork in excavation or silt removal or Embankment 13399.20Cum, RCC Structure concrete quantity Grade M-15 and above is 1026.35Cum Reinforced steel is 68.24tonne, Stone Pitching is 9395.15Cum, MS/SS/RCC Railing is 1000.25 Rmt in any one financial year, during 2021-22 to 2025-26.

Minimum financial turnover of Rs 989.04Lakhs. achieved in atleast two financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant bearing UDIN along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the year 2025-26 should be furnished

A copy of the KPWD/CPWD Class-I Registration Certificate.

Copy of Valid Employees Provident FundRegistrationCertificate.

Copy of Valid GST Registration Certificate & PAN card.

Copy of Income tax return filled for the financial year 2025-26

Bidder should have Own/Lease equipments and machineries, shall be furnished as mentioned in the DTP.

Bidder should have completed from 2021-22 to 2025-26 not less than 90 percent of contract value as a prime contractor one similar nature of work such as Construction/Improvements/Beautification of tank works costing not less than the amount put to tender of Rs247.26Lakhs. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weight age of 10 percent for each year.

Bidder should furnish liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.196.45 Lakhs from any Nationalized /scheduled bank Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The format for Bankers Certificate/ Line of Credit BC/LOC letter to be issued by the Banks as per circular No-FD CAM/16/2022 P-2 dated-22.08.2022

The intending bidder should have Own/Lease equipments and machineries as mentioned in Bid document.
