Bids are Invited For Providing Operation and Maintenance Services of Electrical and Mechanical Installations For 1st Yea in NORTH CACHAR HILLS, ASSAM

Providing Operation and Maintenance Services of Electrical & Mechanical Installations i.e power supply system, Electrical installation of terminal building, operation area, Car parking area, Street Light, Civil Office, covering the scope of operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, performing preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintaining of records in all PMI register etc. by deploying 01 No High skilled, 05 Nos skilled, 01 No. Semi-Skilled and 02 Nos unskilled manpowers (Including Reliever) as per scope of work given in Additional Terms of Contract to ensure round the clock operation by providing adequate manpower (i.e. in three shifts basis, each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & National Holidays as per direction of EIC. a) For 1st Year

Providing Operation and Maintenance Services of GLF systems at operational area (comprising of MIRL/ TAXI APRON /Guidance Illuminated Signage /AFL cables etc.) covering the scope of operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, performing preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintaining of records in all PMI register etc. by deploying 02 Nos skilled, 01 No Semi-Skilled and 02 Nos Unskilled manpowers (Including Reliever) as per scope of work given in Additional Terms of Contract to ensure round the clock operation by providing adequate manpower (i.e. in three shifts basis, each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & National Holidays as per direction of EIC. a) For 1st Year

Providing of services for preperation of various reports, maintaining the records, preparation of rate analysis, estimates, tender documents, SAP billings etc along with various day to day office works by deploying 03 Nos High Skilled Computer Operator as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract on all days excluding sundays and National holidays & as per direction of EIC. For 1st Year

Complete Re-winding of burnt out stator coils of 3 Ph. 3.5 HP induction motor along with removal of the burnt out copper coil/wire and providing new super anamel coated copper with insulation and varnishing with suitable quality of varnish and replacement of minor wornout hardware items etc. as required i/c giving less credit for the burnt out copper coil. Location - Overhead refining for CFT at Apron area

Cleaning and painting of street light tubular pole including light fitting bracket and all other associated accessories of height upto 05 mtr with one coat of red-oxide metal primer of anti-corrosive paint on rusted surface and one or more coats of enamelled paint including numbering on the pole etc as required. The pole shall be painted with obstruction color upto required height above the masonary pedestal ( 1.0 to 1.5m) as per direction of EIC.

Painting of GLF fittings (MIRL) including base plate with one or more coats of synthetic enamelled paint of required colour as per ICAO standard of approved make to give an even shade including cleaning the surface and numbering of the same etc.as required & as per direction of EIC.

Replacement of damage street light loop-IN Loop-OUT box by IP 66 Thermoplastic Polycarbonete enclosure (Minimum size 350x250x122) which is totally shock proof,safe, weather proof, rust proof, dust proof, water proof, halogen free silica free and having internally embeded gasket technology. The enclosure should have 04 nos of 25 sqmm elmax terminal to accomodate 4 X 25 sqmm LT cable, 1 No SP 6 Amp MCB of approved make MS clamp for pole mounting completed as required i/c dismantling the existing loop-IN Loop-OUT box, cable connection, earthing etc and reconnection the same with the new cable gland, earthing connection etc as complete as required.
