National Institute Of Ocean Technology (niot) has released a public tender for As per deliverables stage 1 indicated at SCC, Receipt of new LARS from NIOT OEM and safe storage at shipyard premises as specified in the scope of work, stage 2 point f, Removal of the existing A Frame onboard Ship incl. of two hyd. cylinders, pistons, foundation and existing deep sea winch. Handing over the two items to NIOT nominated contractor with full Docs, Modification of ship structure and other systems along with cabling, piping and necessary power points as mentioned in the proposed modification report approved by both class IRS and DNV in dry dock, Completion of intgr of LARS by successfully completing of inst comm and HAT of new LARS onboard Ship alongwith OEM Necessary support for SAT will be carried out by NIOT and OEM, Cost for per kg steel weight renewal in case of additional repair work with maximum additional steel work be limited to 5 Tons, All risk insurance for new LARS and from date of receipt at Shipyard till successful completion of HAT and SAT All risk insurance for the ship, people, NIOT property during drydock period as per NIT in KANCHIPURAM, TAMIL NADU.
